This is an interesting capstone to the season as it focused so heavily on pirate camps (where cannons spawn) and cannons in general with their challenges. The other notable challenge for this week requires you to launch yourself through 3 flaming hoops with a pirate cannon. Interact with the treasure and you’re finished with the final treasure hunt for Season 8. The treasure itself is buried atop a rock on the widest part of the blade, which is also the easternmost edge of the knife blade. Once you’ve made it to the rock quarry, the treasure will be buried on in the knife part of the quarry. You’ll find the treasure at F8 on the main map’s grid. Like Week 8, this map has had no alterations done to it compared to earlier seasons, making it fairly easy to determine where to go. There is a location on the map that looks exactly like this, which is a rock quarry just north of Fatal Fields. While it is two stages, they aren’t very long, so you won’t have to worry about sinking in a lot of time for them. This is one of the Battle Pass Challenges and it will net you 5 Battle Stars for your troubles. Uncovering the map will reveal a picture of a knife and fork. This is a two-stage quest that requires you to land in Junk Junction in the top-left of the map. Once you interact with it, it will reveals its details and you can progress to the next stage once you exit this match. You’ll find it just north of Junk Junction’s central building, hiding in a block of cars behind a stack of pallets. This is how the map will appear before you’ve interacted with it. This isn’t a huge problem as you’re forced to do each step individually per match. The treasure is a fair distance away near Fatal Fields. The treasure map is located in the northwestern area of the map in Junk Junction. The second stage is to head to the area marked by the initial map.īelow is a map with the treasure map circled in blue and the treasure circled in red. Just like in Week 8, this is a multi-stage challenge in which the first stage asks you to find the map and interact with it to reveal its secrets. Week 10 brings with it the ‘revamped’ version of the old treasure map challenge they introduced in Week 8.
